Beheeyem/DCL/Jirachi Deck

Hey there fellow TCGOers, I made up a new deck that I've never seen anyone play before. It's not a competetive deck at all, but is VERY fun to play (Unless you run into someone spamming mewtwo/Cake/Big Basics).

Pokes (21):

2 Beheeyem NV - Spread damage onto pokemon/Kyurem takes longer to set up

3 Elgyem NV - Get 2 pokemon onto bench usually 2 ralts

3 Ralts

2 Kirlia

2 Gardevoir - Accelerate energy

1 Cleffa - Draw power/Stall tactic

2-2 Darkrai/Cresselia legend - Spread damage

2 Jirachi - De-Evolve pokemon

2 Mewtwo EX - Hit for big damage that will be spread around field.

Trainers (16):

1 Energy switch - Move energy to benched pokemon and retreated with switch

4 Junk Arm

1 Max Potion - Want to run more MP but not enough room

3 Pokemon Catcher - Stall for time to spread damage

3 Pokemon Communication - Can't get DCL via Collector or Elgyem

1 Super Rod - Retrieve energies or pokemon if rest are prized

3 Switch - Save energies from being discarded

Supporters (11):

1 Cilan - Get energies in hand, usually use when set up.

1 N

2 Collector - Full bench going if Elgyem is active on turn 1

2 Juniper

3 Professor Oak's New Theory

2 Twins - After Elgyem is KO'd after spreading, get what you need

Stadiums (2):

Indigo Plateau - HP boost for DCL~

Energies (10):

2 DCE - For Mewtwo

8 Psychic - Run fewer because Gardevoir makes x1 count as x2

Strategy:

Turn 1 get Elgyem as your active, collector for 2 ralts and a second Elgyem, use Elgyem's attack to get Cleffa and another Elgyem. In between turn 1 or 2 use that extra Elgyem from the collector and try to P. Com it out for the other half of DCL if one half is in hand. Turn 2 Get Beheeyem out, and spread damage and get one of the Ralts evolved. Turn 3 repeat.

Once your Beheeyems get KO'd and have spread enough damage send DCL in and move around counters so evolved pokemon are in range of a ****** ZekEels Eelektriks only need 30/40 damage which is easily obtainable from previous spreads from Beheeyem). Next you retreat DCL (only 1 energy due to Gardevoir or use switch), then use Jirachi's ability to get as many psychic energies as you can (Can de-evolve 4 pokemon in one attack with 2 energies which means 4 potential KO's).

Then mewtwo can clean up the rest of your opponent's pokemon. Mewtwo only needs 1 enegy to attack, and if your opponent has 3 energies on their mewtwo it won't be enough to KO a Mewtwo with 0 counters on it unless they plus power. It's a very tight build and I'm open to constructive criticism. Thanks for reading!

EDIT: I need help with consistency. :S

I think that is too much poke. You should only have about 13 poke

Also just because you get a full bench does not help you for cards like T-tar prime and other bench hitting attacks

Add some cards like cinoco with ''Do the wave attack''

Is anything more then "13" pokemon not playable anymore because a deck isn't built around solely on big basics? Having a full bench, getting more cards out of your deck and being able to set up faster then your opponents is an advantage is it not? Any deck not built around dragons or big basics doesn't fare well against bench hitting attacks.

I intended this deck to be for fun, if you like playing run of the mill top tier decks that's great. I wanted to share something fun and creative. Take it for what it's worth. Also, be more constructive tell me what I could take out and improve. Telling me to add in Cinccino DTW doesn't help me at all... -_-'

I get where you're coming from but in my opinion, Beheeyem isn't that good of a damage spreader just because it depends on the pokemon types which is very inconsistent. Also a low hp of 80 is pretty darn scary. Elgyem however is actually a good starter for your deck.

I would say go for rare candy for a faster set up and being able to reduce the kirlia count but yeah.. ptcgo.. lol............

I went 3-5 with this deck, I think I'll just put it on hold for now. Maybe dropping and Beheeyem and Gardevoir all together would be a better idea and just plugging in Kyurem.
