Here is what I suggest for theme deck mascots for November 2012 set.

The second set in 2011 was Black and White, which had 3 theme decks based off Serperior, Emboar, and Samurott, all of which were from the Japanese Beginning set.

 

 

 

What I suggest for theme deck mascosts for November 2012 set is Serperior, Emboar, and Samurott, all being from the Japanese National Beginning set.

 

 

 

Here is why. Black and White is based off Black and White video games, and is based off the Black Collection and White Collection, in which they are based off Black and White video games.

 

 

 

The November set, which coincides with the release of Black 2 and White 2, should contain 3 theme decks, which is Serperior, Emboar, and Samurott from the National Beginning set. It also matches up with what happened in Black and White. Also the November Set will most likely be based off Freeze Shock and Cold Flare, both being based off Black 2 and White 2, so it makes sense to have the 3 starters as theme deck mascots, much like how Diamond and Pearl, and HeartGold and SoulSilver has the 3 starters as theme deck mascots, since they are based off paired versions of games, so the November set, being based off the paired versions of games should have Serperior, Emboar, and Samurott as theme deck mascots.

 

 

 

So what I am trying to say, is that Black and White 2 is being released in the Fall, and since Black and White 2 is a sequel to Black and White, I feel that the theme decks in the November set, and the November set as a whole, should be a "sequel" to the Black and White set.

 

 

 

The theme decks should be an update of Green Tornado, Red Frenzy, and Blue Assault to include all generations of pokemon, rather than only Unova region pokemon. I wouldn't mind that marketing calls them Green Tornado 2, Red Frenzy 2, and Blue Assault 2, and they have exactly the same energy types as the originals, except that Green Tornado 2 needs to lose its shelf warminess, and Red Frenzy 2 needs to lose its popularity, but in all realness, the 3 theme decks should be Grass/Lightning, Fire/Psychic, and Water/FIghtning.

 

 

 

Another detail I like to include is with the playmat that would be included with these decks. They are to include pictures of Black Kyurem on a black background, where Reshiram used to be on the Black and White theme deck playmat, and White Kyurem, where Zekrom used to be, in the Black and White theme deck playmat.
