There are some bugs on TCGO that can be avoided and players should not be held liable, but there are some that you can choose to abuse. Things like junk arm, eviolite, exp share, and etc can all be used to your advantage if you choose to cheat and abuse them. 1 in 3 games I play in Expert people are constantly trying to cheat. It's not a big deal if someone unintentionally uses a glitch, I've done it unintentionally and I'm sure many of us have. If it glitches once, don't do it again.

 

As a community we should all be expected to play fair and have fun. I just finished a game where "someone" (Not allowed to post names) wasn't able to draw their last card and kept playing for over 5 turns. Clearly that's exploiting the game, out of honesty you should just concede. it's alright if it's just 1 turn because you don't notice, but 5 turns?! I still won but really? How desperate for a win are you? I'm not saying all players are cheaters, I have played some honest players. You have my respect, but please play fair guys. It really would make TCGO a better place.

Well until all of the bugs are fixed we will have to live with the exploiters. I wish we could call them out or penalize them but there is no way to prevent them from abusing that feature. So the best I can do is remember them and thenconcede when I face them a 2nd time.

 

 

 

At least here they cannot stack a deck, use slight of had or other tricks that can be done in real life.

 

 

 

I feel your pain, and would get apoplectic when a second or third eviolite hit the field, but that did get fixed so there is hope.

Junk arm you can use it when you only have junk arm and 1 other card in your hand (Discarding one card when you need two). Eviolite you can attach it to a stage 1 or 2 and it'll still work also I'm not sure if it still stacks protection from damage. Exp. share you could attach like 5 energies to your pokemon when your active pokemon get's KO'd if you have enough energy in the discard. That's good Tyson, your opponent was a honest player.

You're right. We do have to live with these exploiters. I do report exploiters though, I'm not sure if the whole reporting player in game feature works... It doesn't look like anything gets done. I still have hope in this game and the people, hopefully when 2.0 comes out they'll work out all the bugs,

You can always hit the old 'block user' button so you don't have to face them again.

This doesn't work. Blocking a person only means that they aren't able to chat with you anymore, which since the last "fix", we haven't been able to do anyhow.

sit back and have a nice long laugh after you defeat a cheater. You know they mad when they cheat and lose anyways. when the chat works i like to say "haha u lose" then take final prize while they're still typing a response for added lulz.

 

also its okay to cheat if someone is playing a deck you think is lame, that'll show them to play only the cool decks. jk lol.

It is very satisfying winning without having to stoop down to their level. I typed "nJoi" but seeing as how chatting is broken it didn't show up. Lol ;(

Even though people cheating is bad, it makes it very satisfying to beat them. Though I'm still heavily against cheating! >=(

some questions though ...

 

as an adult, I can read the forums and research the cards that are "broke", but how many kids do you think do this? Why are the cards allowed to be used at all? Should not the devs flag these cards and this way there is no broke cards being used?

 

Once they (devs) think they have the cards fixed, then unflag them, and all of us would be more than willing to test these fixed cards in game play

Yeah, I just played a match where the player didn't draw their last card. I don't know if that was intentional or not, and it really didn't matter since I won anyway, but I was wondering why that was the case. Seems like a glitch happened.

I doubt they are saying playing with broken cards is fun.

 

If a card is broken it should be removed, until it is fixed.

 

Seem very bad pubic relations to have cards that do not work properly in use. yes this is a BETA, but if the customer does not like what they see, and they do not return because of the bad experience they had with broken cards ... well
