  1. Hello, after yesterday's update 2 tradable deck boxes (Raichu GX and Gyarados GX) vanished from my collection. I know it is not big of a deal but i would be happy if you could resolve this issue. Thanks a lot.
  2. Whenever I open the game my mac starts to get super hot and the fan is in overdrive the whole time. Any reasons why this is? I have a new macbook pro (2014) - so I really can't believe it's because my mac isn't powerful enough. Would really like this to get fixed because I like playing on my mac more than iPad but it's uncomfortable. Thanks.
  3. After the latest update when i tried to start the game it showed me an error saying "Data folder not found" followed by this text "There should be 'Refresher_Data' folder next to the executable" and it wont let me open the game

    [PC] Refresher.exe with old patch

    Hi Im new in the game and for couple weeks I played Ptcg online whithout any problems. I had already unified minds packs and cards on my game but recently (today) I got from the "Refresher.exe" a patch from september ( which implement that set/pack) when I oppen my game. Im just asking if it's normal to get an old patch which add some contents that already were installed on my game. My anti-virus software does'nt know if it was an official patch or anything else (I downloaded the game from the official website by the way). It's my first post I wish that will not bother you. Thanks to anyone who read or/and answer to my topic 😃 .

    [GENERAL] Refresher Looping

    Game worked just fine yesterday. This morning the refresher would load and finish and the play button would com on. When i press the play button it goes to a black screen then back to desktop and the refresher comes back on to reload. I have already tried loading the game from its own folder by running the refresher.exe . My system is a windows 8 pc. Tried downloading the latest installer from website but it just takes me to the "What is the Pokemon TCG Online?" page and nothing downloads.
  6. Guten Tag, Ich habe mir mein altes Pokemon HS Unerschrocken - Morgendämmerung Deck (Das mit Psiana) wieder zusammengesucht. Da meines Wissens nach die Codekarten erst ab BW dabei waren, frage ich mich ob es irgendeine Möglichkeit gäbe mein Deck Online zu Aktivieren. Vielleicht über einen Code in der Gebrauchanleitung oder so. Gäbe es da eine Möglichkeit? LG Démo
  7. I tried to play TCG today after yesterdays patch update. The patch seems to download properly at first, however when I click on the play button the patch downloading part starts again. I have tried to uninstall my game but I get an error saying that Windows cannot access the file and I might not have permission to access myself? My PC runs Windows 10 if this is of any assistance. Thanks in advance for your help!
  8. This morning the game don't opened. It just appeared like a small 2 inches wide, narrow bar, so clearly was not working as intended. Since yesterday, everything was good and I have had little to no problems with the game more than a couple times since 2015 or so. As it was not working, I tried to reinstall, uninstall and repair. Nothing to do. I just removed the game manually, including all the Thepokemoncardgame folder in C:/users/appdata (which worked last time I had to reinstall, years ago) I just searched for any single file and cleaned even the registry, reboot once and a again. Nothing to do. When I choose to Install, I can wait forever in the welcome screen for the client let me push the Continue button (which is greyed). When I try to Repare or Uninstall, User_profile appears. This is absurd. We deserve something better. First, the game not dying one day to another for no reason. But if happens, anything easier to reinstall without having to do voodoo to computer and pray all the Nordic Gods in addition. Actually, I made everything I read here and in pokémon Support site. Now I have no more ideas. And please Mods, don't tell me to check if computer meets the requirements of the game, yesterday it was all just right. Aside, I could update the game in an old Mac I have after failing also several times, but any text of the game is a blurry dark mark (I don't mean text of the cards, these are images). Not an issue I'm worried now as I don't plan to use it actually to play, but come on, can't this game just work fine?

So, in the last 2 or 3 game updates as soon as the patcher is done and the game opens it crashes and then starts the patching again in an infinite loop, the only way ive been able to update is to re-download the game, but isnt there a permanent way to fix this? i dont wanna have to download the game again every time a new update comes in

    The game keeps crashing.

    I went to download this on my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge which I found out it is not compatible with my device. (Which I see why it shouldn't work as long as I have a wifi connection.) So I downloaded it onto my iPad. I started the game today and started the tutorial but it keeps crashing. It would completely turn off the game and go back to my homescreen. When I go back into the app I have to start the tutorial all over again!! I tried about 4 times the same tutorial but cant pass it as it keeps crashing.
  11. When playing from your hand to the bench, invasion activates without any user interaction. After the opponents turn, you are not able to activate Invasion. I have videos but I can't figure out how to upload them.

Hello, tonight I tried to login into the game (like I successfully did in the morning) and the loading bar went up to around 70% and it failed, over and over again, going really slow in the process. I tried to uninstall the game and I got the well known "Property USER Profile" error. So, I went to https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-tcg/play-online/ to download the game again, and the download is REALLY slow, like 5,0 kbps (my internet connection usually goes for 5 mbps). I tried in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, all the same stuff, over and over. Tried a different WiFi, no luck. Tried via a LAN connection, also no luck. I'm playing on Windows 10 - x64, 8GB RAM, Intel i5-7200U What's going on? thanks

  14. I've been having consistent issues with his attack, Machamp Crush, whenever I have evolved him into Machamp Break. The attack is supposed to reduce the opponents attack by 40, but does not take that into account for some reason whenever I have Break evolved my Machamp.
  15. Is the new patch live yet? I tried to open the game and got the refresher screen saying there was a new version available (2.49), but it does not seems to be downloading anything, the progress bar is missing from the screen and the only buttons available are "close" and "repair" while "play" is disabled. Do I have to reinstall (like with almost every update, which gets old, by the way) or is it because the new version is not live at the moment?

If you are playing on a Mac running OS X version 10.12 or higher, depending on your configuration, you may encounter an issue when patching from an older version to the latest version of the Pokémon TCG Online that causes the Refresher to stall at 50% as the below image shows: If you have this issue, don't worry though, because there's a workaround! An uninstall and to the latest version will clear the issue right up. Here are some instructions on how to perform a "clean" install for Mac: Important! During the uninstall process you want to be sure to remove the all associated game files. Please follow the below steps to perform a complete uninstall. Delete the folder named TCGO, along with any downloaded installation files. Click on 'Go' located on your top window, press the 'alt/option' key and select 'Library'. Go to 'Cache' folder. Delete any/all Pokémon related folders you find. From the 'Library' again, go to 'Saved Application State' and delete the "unity.The Pokémon Company International.Refresher.savedState" folder. Empty your trash and then restart your Mac. Ensure that you've deleted all previously downloaded versions of the game. Visit http://pokemon.com/playtcgo to download the latest game installer. More Info: Please also confirm that your machine meets the minimum specifications required to run the TCGO (found at the bottom of the download page). You'll also need to ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection, as the TCGO requires constant communication with the game servers. If the Pokémon Support Team can assist you further, please visit the support portal and enter a Question with the details of what is happening. Thank you!
  17. Hello Trainers, Trainers using Mac OS version 10.12 or higher might run into an issue with the installer freezing at "Please wait while the refresher is patched". If you or a friend are experiencing this issue, there are a couple of solutions to attempt that should fix this. Solution 1: The first is to go into your Applications folder and open the 'Pokémon Online Trading Card Game' folder. Move the application from this to the main Applications folder and then delete the empty TCGO folder. Solution 2: If this does not work, you may need to try a "full" uninstallation if you experience issues such as the patcher/refresher stalling after an update, the client freezing or crashing, or trouble hanging during loading up. Important! During the uninstall process you want to be sure to remove the all associated game files. Please follow the below steps to perform a complete uninstall. Delete the folder named TCGO, along with any downloaded installation files. Click on 'Go' located on your top window, press the 'alt/option' key and select 'Library'. Go to 'Cache' folder.     Lunala GUR possible bug

    So I had just played a theme deck match for the "KO 30 Pokemon with evolutions" challenge and something weird happened. So my opponent was using the Lunala theme deck and the Lunala had used was used as the attacker. Now according to the second attack, it says to "move all energy from this Pokemon to your Benched Pokemon in any way that you like", and it doesn't say may, so I would think the energy had to be moved to the bench every time the move is used (the person had 3 benched pokemon in play if you are curious). The weird thing is though, the energy was never moved to the bench and so it kept doing 130 each turn without moving the energy. Help?

I found a lot that recently, whenever I'm in the game, just browsing through my collection or making a deck, everything is fine, but when ever I battle someone, it keeps saying I've lost connection mid-duel then sends me back to log-in screen with the notice "The network connection has been lost." My internet is fine, high-speeds, and it only happens with the application, I've even had a background ******* tab open playing music while it crashes and it's fine, still have a 4 bar connection. I'd really appreciate any fixes to this problem, as it's making me start to give up on the game.

  21. I have Win7. Before the 2.45.0.3 my client was normal but when the 2.45.0.3 was released my client began an updating loop. I open the game and the refresher opens, once the refresher reaches 100% i click play, then the game closes and opens the refresher again and start to update again and so on.

    [MAC] Patching - Stuck on Refresher

    Every time there is an update - the refresher gets stuck on the Mac. It usually takes 2 weeks, then it starts working again. I've gone through all the troubleshooting information offered, but couldn't this simply be fixed so it doesn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME???? It's very frustrating.
  23. After guardians rising was added to the in game store, my card cache was deleted. I tried downloading in the settings but not only it is downloading at an incredibly low speed, I can't leave it there that the game logs me off because of inactivity, and when I come back to download it again the percentage is decreased. I also reinstalled the game with the fixed installer believing it was an error in the game. Is there a way to download it outside the game? Thank you.
  24. I play on my iPad and the game constantly crashes. I do not know why it does this. I also redeemed codes for packs. I have been given the message about receiving them but I cannot see them in my collection at all.
  25. Downloaded the app on my new tablet. My holo cards doesn't glow. Where the holo patch in there installer.
