PTCGO owes me 4 Zebstrika BCR

Not sure if this is the best place for this, I'll probably have to submit a ticket but I just wanted to post this here in case anyone else also had this predicament. As someone may have noticed, there was an extra 3rd version of Zebstrika in the game for 1-2 years which was pretty hard to obtain and didn't exist in the irl game- this was somewhat similar to the later glitches with the 2nd Jamming Net/ 2nd Head Ringer. In a recent update (I would assume) those 'extra' cards were deleted and the cards owed should have been replaced in the collection with the regular versions (which was slightly annoying anyway because I gave a fair few packs for my playset). However, I haven't received my 4 extra Zebstrika (in holo artwork) to replace my 4 non-holo ones which were deleted from the database. I assume this was a glitch, so I was wondering if PTCGO would be able to give me back the 4 Zebstrika they owe me please . I didn't notice this until today when the old Zebstrika glitch came up in conversation with a friend and as I glanced in my collection I found that they were no longer there.

  3. Hi, I've just bought an in-game deck in the store but it is not showing in my deck list, thus impossible to use, but my tokens were subtracted, same thing happened last week when I won the Rhyhorn cards in the versus mode, it said i got them but they do not appear in my card collection. Of course I have tried to log in many times but nothing happens. What should I do?

    Code redeemed wrong item?

I entered in an Empoleon BREAK code in the code box and what I redeemed was Empoleon BREAK, Noctowl BREAK, and Beeheeyem BREAK, and Aerodactyl Spirit Link. I have redeemed this code before and I have no memory of it coming with the spirit link nor do I remember if the spirit link replaced something else that was supposed to come with the set. Something quite small but I thought I'd mention it. Edit: the code is t4r-8jsn-mx4-65u

Card are still tagged for trade

I was looking to update my binder.. And i see that sentence you wrote on patch note is false: The For Trade tag is now automatically removed when the only remaining copies of an item in collection are trade locked. I tag in filter for trade.. and i still see some card i have only lock.. that are tagged for trade.. and i can'T remove it..

So, I just opened my E-mail to find a nice code from TPCI that is supposed to have a Fates Collide pack... I put in the code, and got nothing. Is this a bug? If so, can the code please be adjusted so I can access my pack I'm suposed to get? -Zev
  11. I have the game log below. My Hoopa-EX has 170 hp. His Sceptile-EX does 60 dmg +70 dmg if my Hoop-EX is special condition. So he poison my Hoopa with his Ariados ability. So his Sceptile-EX does 130 damage, plust 20 more damage because he has muscle band on. So that's 150 damage in total. But it says he did 170 dmg and knock out my Hoop-EX. Where did that extra 20 dmg came from? It's around the end, at number 271. You can check out what happened before then at his turn. My Hoopa-EX should have 20 hp left, then gets poisoned by 10, making it have 10 hp left. So I should survive, but his Sceptile-EX did 170 damage instead. What happened there? Before that, he's been doing 150 dmg all the time. Game Log Output Begins Here: 1. PrideSP flipped 0 coin(s), resulting in 0 heads and 0 tails, for Beginning of Game. 2. 12. Merci
  13. In the description, it says for each energy remove, you do 30 damage for ONE of your opponent's Pokemon. But I faced a guy who had 7 energy and spread them across 3 of my Pokemo. He did 90 damage to one, then 60 to another to the other one, and another 60 to another Pokemon. Please fix this glitch! Thank you.

    Cards are still invisible

If I don't get help here. I'm sending a ticket.
  16. For some reason, lately the Trade boards have been preventing trades that should be able to be completed for me and my friends. Whether it be specific Pokemon or Card Packs. One specific example (with images below) is I'm looking for the Shiny Mega Gardevoir card. A friend of mine called me up saying he found one for the regular M-Gardevoir price of two packs. I don't see it in my Acceptable Trades, but unchecked, I found the trade he meant. But literally right above it is a regular EX Gardevoir card for the same price that I can accept. This is really depressing to see... ********************************** So I figured I'd post about it in case there is a legitimate issue that needs to be fixed. As said, it affected my friend wanting to trade full arts where he found a good deal that it wouldn't let him accept for other Full Arts. If it's something on our part (as I don't see any threads about this), then apologies. ><; Thanks for your time. - Blue EDIT: Apparently I'm not allowed to paste my screencap image link. So not sure how to share that.
  17. While browsing Collection, i noticed that there are a few cards that should be in the database but are not for some reason. I am compiling a list and will add more from time to time. Lucario - CL 14 - Non Holo (Retort Theme Deck) Lucario - CL 14 - Cracked Ice Holo (Retort Theme Deck) Leavanny - NVI 3 - Non Holo (Fast Daze Theme Deck)

    New deck not showing!

I just bought a deck with 500p and when I went to look at the deck it wasn't there. I'm I doing something wrong? Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you!
  20. So i started playing Pokemon again went out with my kids bought a few booster packs. When i arrived at home i noticed ipad redeem button was blacked out. After some research found out you can redeem them in pc version. I download the pc version and sure enough the button was able to be pressed. I redeem the codes everything goes right codes got accepted and all. This is when it got bad i went to collection then to packs and nothing there. Contact support they get back to me like 3 days later asking for a pic of the windows version redeem button for what i dont know i expressed my issue very clearly. I send the picture anyways. They get back to me three days after which is today asking for picture of the packaging, codes and receipt. I dont know about you but im not a hoarder after i break the packaging it ends up in the garbage so does the receipt. Im not asking for anything free im asking for my cards that i payed real cash for. I even offered to give them my account and password with 2 new codes so they can try it themselves and nothing. Why have a support team that wont support customers that spend REAL money on products, especially if its the games fault.
  21. Whenever I attempt to make a private trade with somebody they usually will attempt to trade me for a card that I already traded to somebody else. Is there some way to untag these cards so that my trade partner no longer sees them as available for trade?
  22. It randomly happens from my knowledge, and it happens like once every 3 days, so not often but enough for it to be annoying and forces you to lose. It usually happens in the beginning of the game. When I use geomancy, and usually if I only have 1 Pokemon to do it with, when you click done and the deck pops up for you to pick which energy card you want to attached it with, the deck wouldn't pop up. You can't do anything but force to hit done. After that, everytime you use Geomancy, the deck will never pop up again. I have to concede and start a new game.

    Trade Glitch

I want to get a Greninja Break and saw one that is willing to trade for 4 Fates Collide. I have 7 Fates Collide but I can't trade it. But there are other trades for Greninja Break for 5 Fates Collide and that one I can trade. But I can't trade for the 4 Fates Collide. That's a weird glitch, please fix it. Thank you.

    Stuck bug

Sometimes when using Geomancy on Xerneas, the deck won't pop up, at this point, all you can do is end turn, and the next turn, you're stuck, all you can do is just end turn and continuing ending turn, that's all.
