  1. Ontem quando entrei no Pokémon TCG Online, tentei logar em minha conta mas apareceu "esta conta foi suspensa". Não consigo entender o motivo e até agora não consigo acessá-la. Não cometi nenhum erro para com a comunidade do Pokémon TCG Online e não recebi nenhum e-mail de aviso de suspensão de conta. Gostaria de ajuda por favor.

  3. Hi, I have a problem with installing the game. When i run the installer i get a message "the network location property.USER_PROFILE could not be reached." I can get pass this by canceling the message but the it pops up in the middlle of the installation again and then it canceles it out. Please help me get pass this problem.

Hi, idk if i'm posting this in the correct place but i wanted to report a bug i have been experiencing for the last week or so it wasn't a big deal but i am now finding it kind of impossible to deal with and im not sure how to fix it but whenever i click on a text box be it in collection and im trying to search for a card or in deck manager or in trading tab whenever i click on a text box to type something the cursor flashes and then de selects the text box so i can only type in it for a frame i think so the only way i can type is if i spam click and then spam the letter i am trying to type until i get lucky and it types it in the one frame. this is extremely annoying and i would love any help i can get
  5. The last two days I've uninstalled my camera which is a Logitech HD 1080p and reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the QR reader wont turn on, it stays as a black screen. My camera works for everything else I use it for such as streaming or zoom calls. Not sure what to do and I dont want to have to put those codes in manually as I have a lot of codes Ive been saving up :(
  6. Cuando quiero descargar el juego por alguna razon la descarga se limita a menos de 1mb de velocidad cuando yo tengo 40mbs de descarga, ya he revisado mi conexion varias veces. Queria ver si me podian ayudar con este problema. Ya probre desinstalando Google Chrome
  7. Bonjour, j'essaie de me connecter à mon compte sur le jeu pokemon TCGO mais impossible d'y arriver malgré un changement de mot de passe. Le chargement de données s'effectue mais le message comme quoi il y a une faute sur l'identifiant ou le mot de passe. Merci.

    Having trouble logging in...

    I played for a long time in the morning, then closed the game. When I started it again and made my login it told me the servers were busy and that I had to wait some seconds. After the time passed it told me my username or password was wrong, and then I checked it a million times and it WASN'T. I even went to the pokemon trainer club website and used the same words and it worked. Are the servers really busy? I can't get in and I don't know what to do.
  9. Hello team! I've been playing pikarom alot this week and noticed that probably 1 out of 4 games I'll have at least 1 speed lighting energy not draw 2 cards on attach. I have a game log to show it its fairly close to the end of the match.   10. Just opened 20 packs, 1 of the code cards claim to already have been redeemed on a different account. How is this even possible and how do I get this resolved?
  11. I was just playing with my friend online and their computer said I was offline when they tried to challenge me and I clearly wasn't-- we were in the same room. I was able to challenge him no problem, and we were able to play with no issues. How can I fix my offline status so it says I'm online?
  12. I downloaded the game a couple of days ago and set up my account. I am able to login to the site, but in game it gives me the invalid login or password error message. I've tried logging in a lot of times now, but even after copying and pasting my username and password, I am unable to get in.
  13. Moderador, blz? (deve ser o pão de queijo que vai responder) É o seguinte, eu sou novo no jogo e baixei para aprender e ensinar minha filha de 8 anos no jogo, já que ela ganhou 2 decks físicos e não sabemos as regras do jogo. Fiz o download do installer dia 02/12/2020. Instalei, deu QUASE tudo certo, abriu o game mas está difícil Logar. Ao me logar, carrega até uns 80% e aparece a mensagem "Conexão com o servidor foi perdida". Já desinstalei, já baixei novamente, instalei em outra pasta, fiz flush no DNS, também já baixei o nível de segurança do firewall, já add o jogo como programa seguro no antivírus, e por aí vai, fiz várias coisas que encontrei no Fórum. NO ENTANTO, tentei me logar usando o celular como roteador - conexão 4G - e entrou super fácil, joguei bem de boa. Que tipo de configuração minha Wi-fi deve ter para conseguir conectar no servidor? Agradeço MUITO se conseguir me dar essa ajuda! Abraço

    Hey, i recently cleared out a bunch of files on my laptop, and now whenever i try to login into tcgo it says, a javascript error occurred, i tried to re in stall it and now it says couls not access network location property. USER_PROFILE, why is this happening? Many thanks

  16. I've uninstalled the game because the repair tool wasn't working and now when I try to install it, it says that there is already an updated version installed. I deleted all the registration things, the AppData Things and everything that has "Pokemon" in his name but it's still not working.
  17. Property.USER_PROFILE cant be found. How can i fix this?
  18. I've had this PCTGO account for a couple years now, play the ladders pretty often, etc., mostly in Expanded format. When I sign on to the Pokemon.com website and check the leaderboard, it says I haven't earned any VPs from matches? I have 1775 on the ladder right now, according to my game client (PC). This is what the online leaderboard shows me. Can someone assist?

Yo tengo ese mismo problema desde hace años, y todo lo que dicen es que te pongas en contacto con ellos, después que les avíes los datos de tu compu (que mi computadora e internet están sobrados para este juego tan ligero) y después de eso si no te has hartado con las semanas, nomas te dicen que debe ser tu internet o tarjeta grafica y muy tu problema adiós. No te resuelven nada, servicio técnico NO SIRBE. Debes buscar a ver que dicen otros jugadores para solucionarlo incluso en otros juegos de cartas online. En una ocasión lo instale dentro de la carpeta de otro juego y funciono (pero no lo recomiendo además que dejo de funcionar), después use un emulador de Android para jugarlo ahí, pero ahora el Pokémon no permite que lo descargues desde ahí, quizá haya una opción al reiniciar el sistema que te lo permita pero prefiero no moverle a tanto extremo. Han pasado 4 años y aun es raro la ocasión en que puedo jugar.
  20. I updated PTCGO and at first wouldn't even attempt to boot. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but now it boots for a second and now I get "Cannot connect to server" What can I do to get this fixed?
  21. Bonsoir, j'ai perdu près de 50 booster cette nuit Ahah... Les codes étaient bons et validés, ça me disait qu'ils avaient déjà été utilisés ( alors que non ). Je me dis pas grave, je récupère quand même c'est surement juste un petit bug. Après avoir rentré TOUTS mes codes, je vais dans ma collection et m'aperçoies que je **** AUCUN booster. Je rallume mon jeu 1 fois, toujours pareille, 2 fois, pareille. Donc voilà je vous contacte car 50 c'est pas rien et ça m'agace.
  22. Hello, I wish for help (and I am curious if other people don't face these problems) 😮 I have installed the game on two different laptops since this year's Summer. I took a break between 2016 and 2020, but I was happy that I could easily launch with my old profile, still in possession of all cards and decks. However, every new Update forces me to de- and reinstall the complete game, because the game cannot update and refresh, it would just not launch - same on both notebooks. So far okay, since we don't get many updates and reinstalling takes about two minutes. However, Today's update really destroyed it, as the game can't be launched, can't be deinstalled or re-installed anymore, always sending me Error messages like 'access to the network address Property.USER-PROFILE wasn't possible'. So I can't even remove it, on both devices. I hope for help on this technical issue ✋ Thank you in advance! (I use normal Windows on both devices. I live in South Korea, but use the German client)
  23. I was playing and the game kicked me out. When I went to log back in it says that my account had been suspended. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Changed the password, and nothing. I do not know why my account would be suspended and didn't get an email explaining or anything. Please help, I just put in a bunch of new packs and I have some decks that I do not want to lose.

I had to uninstall the game since it didn't let me log in, so I uninstalled it and deleted every record from the registry editor and when I try reinstalling again using the installer, the executable and the game files are nowhere to be found, If I click "Launch the game" when I click Finalize on the installer, it just opens op a folder named SYSWOW64 from the Windows folder on my hard drive. I've tried running the installer as admin, and on compatibility mode, but it was no help. Is there any solution to this?

Quando por algum motivo passo a vez e outro jogador executa sua jogada, na próxima rodada quando seria minha vez de jogar não consigo colocar qualquer carta em campo, nem fazer nenhuma jogada, apenas consigo utilizar os emotes, enquanto ouço o som de que o tempo está acabando! É um BUG muito desagradável, pois já perdi inúmeras partidas deste jeito, mas só acontece quando eu passo a vez sem realizar nenhuma ação e então na minha próxima rodada não consigo realizar nada também, por favor arrumem isto, é muito frustrante jogar um game com um erro assim, ainda mais quando vc está com a partida ganha e por esse motivo o jogo vira. Podem testar no modo versus e perceberão que isto acontece.
