Recently I've wanted to move all of the assets of PTCGO to my other drive, but every time I attempt to start the game up, it pushes itself to download the files from scratch on my LocalLow on my Windows Drive (C:). I want to avoid this by having it all in one folder on a separate drive. Any way to do this??
  2. Hello! I used to play Pokemon tcg online a couple of months ago. At that time I was super busy and while cleaning my computer I decided to uninstall the game. This week I downloaded the installer but every time I run it I get the same error: Could not access network location Property.USER_PROFILE I tried everything but I didn't manage to make it work - I searched my pc in an attempt to find some residual files that might interfere with the installer but didn't find any. I played with the antivirus/firewall and even went into registries... no positive result. What should I do?
  3. I recently used the guest account feature to show a friend of mine the tutorial of the game. Afterwards I wanted to login back into my normal account but when the loading reaches 100% it 'crashes' and goes back to the standard login screen. Tried again, same thing happened. So than I wanted to try installing and uninstalling the game - didn't work either at first. Got the message that it was unaccessible in the files because the user was inaccessible? So I went to modigy --> remove instead, that seemed to work. Now I've started redownloading but the time right now is 2 days. Obviously that isn't how it should be. I checked my wifi, emptied my cache (which seemed to work in an older thread on here) but doesn't work for me. How do I fix this?

    Can't install the game

    So I got the installer from the official page and downloaded it into my downloads folder, when I try to run it it says it can't access "USER_PROFILE" It wont let me install the game

    [PC[ Error with installer

    Whenever I attempt to install the game I get an error that says Info 2894. Loading RICHED20.dll failed. GetLastError() returned: 126
  6. Ok so I've had this game installed on my mac for a couple years now, and I decided to go in and play again. It wouldn't start or update, so I decided to uninstall and try re-installing. So I downloaded the installer, but when I tried to run it I got the terms and conditions stuff and then nothing. I try running the installer a few more times and just nothing. Is there any fix for this?
  7. Can not connect and can barely login to website. I am new and just trying to figure it out and thought it would be interesting but it is really hard to do anything. I have deleted and reinstalled and reset password and took firewall off. Have no clue what is going on.

    Hello guys, I really want to play at this game but I can't start the launcher anymore. I tried a lot of solutions online but nothing works. I deleted all pokemon files, I tried to follow every step in the solutions list of the official site, I tried to launch the refresher I found online... What I can do to solve this problem? Please let me know 😥

    [GENERAL] Game Not Loading

    Hello. Recently a new pokemon tcgo update came out and i was hyped to install it. The refresher downloaded it and once it was done it just made me re-do the whole thing. Its been an hour and i have started over the update million times because of this. Any help?
  10. So I installed PTCGO for first time yesterday , it worked and I played for sometime. Today when i opened it , a popup came "Pokemon.exe has stopped working" and the game closes. I tried reinstalling it(after removing it completely) but still same message. Also I played tutorial yesterday without logging in as a guest, today whenever i try to play as a guest or login to my PTC account, the message pops up.
  11. After the latest update when i tried to start the game it showed me an error saying "Data folder not found" followed by this text "There should be 'Refresher_Data' folder next to the executable" and it wont let me open the game

    [PC] Refresher.exe with old patch

    Hi Im new in the game and for couple weeks I played Ptcg online whithout any problems. I had already unified minds packs and cards on my game but recently (today) I got from the "Refresher.exe" a patch from september ( which implement that set/pack) when I oppen my game. Im just asking if it's normal to get an old patch which add some contents that already were installed on my game. My anti-virus software does'nt know if it was an official patch or anything else (I downloaded the game from the official website by the way). It's my first post I wish that will not bother you. Thanks to anyone who read or/and answer to my topic 😃 .

  14. I'm running windows 10 on PC and i've done everything from uninstalling and re-installing to accepting terms of use on the website to dumbing down my resolution and the words still wont appear so i can accept it. nothing works to get the words to appear at all. please help.

  17. I have an Acer 2 in 1 Touchscreen Laptop. Every time I try to download PTCGO, it does not download. The farthest I have gotten is halfway downloaded until it just stops downloading. Usually it says it will take 2 hours, but then that disappears and it never downloads. Any one know why it won't download?

  19. Whenever i tried to open my game it said i cant acces servers even though the servers are up and my friends didn't seem to have this problem. So i deleted the game and now when i try to open the installer it just keeps saying the same thing 'Geen toegang tot de netwerklocatie Property. USER_PROFILE.' (dutch because its the language i speak, sorry for the bad english btw) so i cant dowload it anymore but ireally want to its on an windows 10 lenovo legion y520 laptop if that is needed information hope you can help

    [GENERAL] Patching - Update not showing in Play store

    Just got a Samsung Tab s4 specifically to play Pkmn TCGO. Downloaded and installed and consistently get a "older version, need to update" message with a "ok" button. Once i click the ok button it takes me to another error "update your browser" or something of the sorts. i made sure my OS, browser and PTCGO are all up to date as in i cant find any other updates...

    There is no way to update on Chromebook, I have been playing for the last 3 weeks on my Chromebook and with the new update every time i try to log it says this version is out of date, please install latest version to play. But when i go to the Play Store there is no update. Can anyone help me???

    since the update for june 11th i cant get back in the game. it keeps telling me the game is not up to current version but when i go to the google play store there is no option to update. i have been playing on my chromebook for a month now and now it isnt working. someone please help me!!!
  23. Heya folks, I'm sure this is asked 100 times and more, but I recently got a new gaming PC. Just over a year ago, I started to play this game and got quickly addicted to it and worked very hard to accrue cards, codes, ect. I recently invested in a brand new Gaming PC and went straight away to download the TCG program on there, logged into my account...and all my cards are gone and I was tossed into the Tutorial run down again. I've' submitted a ticket and awaiting an answer, but mostly just wondering if anyone can give me some confidence that they are not lost forever. Thanks for your time!
  24. When I go to download Pokémon TCG Online, it gives me an error stating "Could not access network location _/." While stuck on "Status: creating shortcuts". I am unsure of what this means and can't find the same issue online, is there any way around this?
