[GENERAL] Update stalls at 98.67% -- Reinstall doesn't work (win10)

My update stalls at 98.67% and then always restart
 
when at 98.67% play button is light on at the moment and the patcher is closed
then game is automatically start in black screen with loading tube at the center of the screen
It's said 'checking refresher update' and then 'checking client update' at 0% loading
later second after then, the process restart to patcher screen again at 0% then 98.67% and loop to  the blackscreen
 
I'm already clean uninstall with Add/remove Program panel (win10)
but no other files found in Appdata to delete more of them
 
and reinstall didn't help me at this moment, plz help ;(

Sorry to hear you're encountering issues.
 
I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Hopefully this resolves the issue. 
 
Hitting this link, you'll find instructions on a full re-installation of the TCGO Windows Client. After uninstalling, simply download and install the game from the official download page.
 
You can also submit a ticket to our support team if you continue running into issues by clicking the link to the Support Portal in my signature and selecting the "Ask a Question" option.
 
Also, I'm editing the title of your thread to make it more descriptive.

I'm already read the instruction link for full re-installation

but I can't find any temporary files remain on 'Appdata' folder

I have already sent contact request to support portal before I edit this post
1 ticket sounds good, If I can get back to my game ID

I just notice something

I think I'm already full-uninstall with no temporary files left
because my uninstall pop-up said to remove "Online setting" and "Temporary files" if I would
(sorry, I can't attach some printscreen, already try to but doesn't know how)
(BTW I still can't find any temporary files in "Appdata" folder before my uninstall)

I have already read other forum and try to erase all of my internet cache from my browser
but still doesn't work ;(

Now I still doesn't know where the problem is, If anyone could help? (;w;

Update

I'm already used 'Repair mode' from installer after re-install but still doesn't work ;[

I'll try other ways and keep looking for any helpful advice (;w;
