Did you know?

You can go into your game Collection, using the Filters (checkmark Standard), and discover many good cards.  Type "damage counter" into the Search bar.  Depending on the deck you're building, you can filter by Energy type, etc.  If you're only looking for Abilities that deal with damage counters, you can filter that too.

Same thing for Trainers.  Rinse and repeat.

You'll have to search a bit, but the most common way to add Damage Counters to your own Pokémon usually seems to be Stadiums (e.g. Po Town, Shrine of Punishment, etc.).  Of course, in Expanded, it's Team Magma SB.

Rainbow energy will help, and many pokemon have bench-damaging attacks.  However, like Rob said, the real money lies in Expanded with the secret base and Frozen City.

The truth waits for no one.  That which you refuse to see, TPCi, slips past you.  The chat function was never your problem, yet through your blindness, you have made it one.
