[CARD] Seismitoad-EX (Furious Fists 106) - Seismatoad-EX interaction with Exeggcute softlocks the game

Cards: Seismatoad-EX FFI 106, Exeggcute PLF 4, Parallel City BKT 145, Fighting Fury Belt BKP 99

Issue: If Player A has a Seismatoad-EX with a Fighting Fury Belt attached in the active position and Player B has an Exeggcute in the active position, and the stadium Parallel City is in play such that Player B cannot have more than 3 benched pokemon, when Seismatoad-EX uses Quaking Punch the game will lock into place for Player B. They will not be able to concede, use the in-game chat, or preform any other actions.

If so I would suggest taking screen shots of the event and sending in a support ticket to our CS team. I have run into this issue multiple times, and have retested it in private battles. I put down the specific case but after some testing it seems that any attack that item locks but has damage reduced to 0 (which was the case due to both Parallel City and Fighting Fury Belt in play as well as Exeggcute’s water Resistance) it will softlock the game for the defending player. You absolutely can make a deck around this and it will be a gigantic problem if it is not fixed. Some other notes:

The damage given must be 0, NOT the damage received. Something like Registeel CES Exoskeleton would not cause this bug

This isn’t just limited to Seismitoad - many other Pokémon can do this as well. What’s important is that the move item locks your opponent and does no damage.

The move must enter damage calculations for this to work - a non damaging ten lock attack would not cause the bug

And most importantly you absolutely CAN build decks around this. Seismitoad would be easy as many decks play Exeggcute but it’s not the only thing.
