[GENERAL] Collection - Duplicate purchased deck not added to collection

Buy a Deck Twice don't give you the cards again...

I explain, I already have the "Alolan Exeggutor base Deck", but I was needing 4 Alolan Exeggutor for an other deck, and I loose my 500 pieces :/

Is that normal or something ? Do I have to report this to the support to have my money back ?

The FIRST one opens automatically, and appears in Deck Manager.

 

Any purchased after that are found in >Collection >Packs, and you have to open them manually.

They made this change to supposedly REMOVE confusion. :blink: 

 

Aside from this coming up frequently, since they did this you need to make sure you buy one in the shop before you enter a code for one, if you want to trade it.
