Can't figure out how to submit a support ticket for deck manager softlock bug

Your support page for the PTCGO is a mess it shows over 44 different topics but not how to submit a support ticket so since I can't get any help there I need to get some help here . my account is effected my the deck manager softlock bug and I can't make any new decks I would be greatly appreciated if you would solve this problem for me

If you don't get results here -- which you probably won't, because the Mods aren't equipped for solving problems...

 

When in the PTCGO section, you have to click Contact Us to start a Support Ticket (after signing in, in the upper right).
