#2Every now and then, trades can get wonky. The server miscommunicates, or it's delayed. Have you logged out (or closed the game) and then looked to see if it reappears?
If so, and it's still not there, you'll want to file a Support Ticket to get it corrected. The moderators can't usually correct things, unless it's an extreme case. You may want to send a screenshot of your Trade History (or look yourself) to verify what happened (or didn't happen).
Note: Either way, the answer is in your Trade History. Cancelled trades show there, with a Red X, right along with any that are completed.
