[GENERAL] Can't connect / Server unavailable

Hi
I currenctly can't connect to the game. It says server unavailable / Servers are currently offline (on the official website the server is tagged ONLINE)

I already :

    uninstall and reinstall the game

    Checking my connection

    Testing others online games (works like a charm)

    Changing my IP adress and DNS

    Restart my box

    Try with and without firewall

    Edit : Try with wrong username, i have the same issue, maybe something related to your autgentification server ?

 

Is the server really offline or have I an issue ?

PS :  The game worked yesterday evening without any problem. This problem happened this morning

Sorry to hear you're encountering issues.
 
I would suggest a full uninstallation of the TCGO Windows Client, for specific instructions on how to do, please see this FAQ article here and after uninstalling, simply reinstall the game from the official download page.
 
You can also reach out to our support team if you continue to run into issues. If you click the "Help Center" link in my signature and select the "Ask a Question" option, you will be able to open a ticket.
 
By the way, I'm editing the title to make it more descriptive.

Just procede to a complete uninstall / reinstall following the instructions on the link.

 

Didn't change anything, the problem still there.

 

Another idea ?
