The Pokémon community sometimes gets upset with other players.
They get upset because they feel like people “net deck/copy other players deck”.
I can tell you right now with full confidence that those people can’t accuse you of net decking!
They can’t be upset with you.

We have ourselves an original deck list.
My first instinct is to tell you to clone & save this deck.
10-20 years from now, You will look back on this deck.
You will say “What was I thinking when I made that deck list? Was I on *****?”
It will give you future laugh!
Future Laughs are Priceless!

———————————————————

You have come to the right place.
We are going to have to fix this deck.
The first thing to do is to explain your decks problem’s.
You can’t fix something if you don’t know there is a problem that needs to be fixed.

-You are running to many different Pokémon.
-You are running to many different Energies.
-You are running to few deck searching options.
-You are running no deck set up.
-Your Deck is unfocused.
-Your Deck strategy is non-existent.
These are your decks problems.

Against bad deck & bad Pokémon player you have equal chance to win.
Against good deck & good Pokémon player they will destroy you.
These are your chances of winning.

Let’s begin making your decks transformation.
The first thing to do is to pick 1 Boss Pokémon.
-Pick 1 Boss Pokémon to build the deck around.
It can be your favorite Pokémon.
It can be a Pokémon that you simply have.

Example:
Let’s say I pick Gyarados GX as my Boss Pokémon.
This is The Pokémon that I am going to build my entire deck around.
All other Pokémon in your deck list disappears.

I am focused on 1 Pokémon.
I want to insure I can make this Pokémon.
I will use:
-4x Magikarp
-4x Gyarados GX

If I use only 1 copy, I may not draw it out of 60 cards.
If I use Max(4) copies, I increase my odds of drawing it out of 60 cards.
Most decks run around 15 Pokémon
I have selected 8 in this fictional example.

I need 7 more Pokémon that can HELP my Gyarados.
The 7 Pokémon I have chose are:

-2x Inky
-2x Malamar
-2x Oranguru
-1x Tapu Lele

All 7 Pokémon have important functions that can HELP my Gyarados.
If they don’t HELP my Gyarados, they don’t go in my deck.

-Gyarados takes 5 energy(1 Water, 4 Colorless) to attack.
Inky & Malamar can help put Psychic energy as the Colorless Energy.

-Oranguru can help me draw cards so my hand is never empty.
This allows my Gyarados to be more consistent.

-Tapu Lele can help me draw a supporter.
I can use it to search out Brigette which will help my deck set up.

Once, you understand the whole deck revolves around a single Pokémon.
You begin to build everything else to that objective.
Your deck becomes very focused.

The below is what the deck fictional deck could look like.

It is said that if Gengar is hiding, it cools the area by nearly 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
