I have a question on how Suicune's wind charm ability works. If I have him on my bench and say someone used Throh's circle throw attack, would it cancel the switch?

On another note, what does "effects" even mean?

I included both the cards in the links below:

Effects would include new status conditions, like poison; restrictions on attacks and such, as from Torment; and being force-switched.  ;) So yes, it should cancel the switch.

Wind Charm only works if Suicune is active. So it needs to take the Circle Throw damage to block the switch

^^

Totally missed that he said it was on his bench.  I completely assumed it would be active.  Good catch, my man. :)
