mainly have acerola and max potions to keep him heled otherwise your gonna hurt yourself maybe even ko self.

and if want to go more offense run choice band otherwise defensive can try these bodybuilding dumbells

then the float stones are more for Necrozma gx for the free retreat seeing his retreat is a bad 4 cost and same with regirock/diancie not to good either.

Space is tight. Fast thoughts tho:

Use 4 BUS Crabrawler. Not playing DCEs, BUS is better than SUM's.

I would try one less Sycamore, one more N, but this have to be tested. Maybe just space for another thing as Cynthia+Sycamore+N+Guzma and sporadically Brigette, seems draw power enough.

As idea, no Kukui and no P Center Lady, although I see why are there.

Think that, the more simple, the more focused on target, better.

4-4 Crabominable, Choice, Evosoda, healing cards and energies. Then you miss a lot of techs but focusing on to get the attacker with the needed partners and maximize damage should be the idea.

Maybe 3-4 Float, almost everything needs it and Blower is in every deck. A 3rd Guzma, also very helpful and most decks are running 3-4 now.

I would go offensive always but it seems a lot of times will be 2HKOs. BBDs look pretty good but loosing damage because no Choice band could be the loosing factor.

Tell us what the deck needs to win. Just 1 Crabominable set up? Two? Full bench or just a couple partners + items?

If you have any questions, Feel free to ask me.

I can explain why I changed stuff.

I think most of it is straight forward, but sometimes people don’t know.

I wouldn't disregard the 4 UBs, more having only one Lele.

Wouldn't add a 2nd Acerola as would use the supporter turn. Is better to play items like Max potion and add some Energy retrieval.for example. Super rod it's a great card too.and Prof letter or Energy loto (works with special energies) could fit. You need to find your favourite recycling combo.

I wouldn't add Gladion for the same reason: supporter turn+space is so tight. Lillie is a personal choice. It depends if you find yourself with low cards in hand often. Playing 1 waiting the perfect opening hand to re-draw to 8 again is having a lot of faith. And Oranguru is there for a reason. I would maintain just one as if you have the right items, will be a mere spare tech.

But that's the cool, everyone makes the deck as he wants. Have to be according with your playstyle and you feel comfortable.

I would like to defend myself against some of the statements made by Chasista in regard to my example deck.

1- I never underestimate the value of 4 Ultra Balls.

The reason I decided to use 2 UB in my example is because the OP said he sets up fast.

In addition, The OP is only using 1 Super Rod/Rescue Stretcher.

He can’t afford to resolve all those UB’s

Regular non-GX Pokémon have lower HP in comparison to GX Pokémon.

They die pretty faster!

However, they can beat GX Pokémon.

The trick is to set them up fast + recycle them.

The Majority of the cards the OP needs are Basic.

Nest Ball does better job at bringing them out.

Lele & Crabominable are only Pokémon you want to fetch with Ultra Ball.

I feel the OP should consider testing out the Nest Balls.

If it doesn’t work out, He can replace them with more UB & Brigette.

I took out a few UB + removal Brigette in favor of Nest Balls.

Brigette is rotating out soon so yeah that was my reasoning.

Nest Ball can help his deck since it will still be available on rotation.

Alternatively, you could try Pokémon Fan Club in new format.

There is several options he can do.

I gave just an example.

2- The OP deck + my Example deck both use Max Potion.

I believe the OP is using Acerola more as a Scoop up.

Scoop up a Lele to reuse it effect.

This is why I added a second copy of Acerola.

Scoop Up is an Item, but requires a gamble(Coin Flip).

Acerola is a Guarantee, but is a supporter.

The both have there advantages & disadvantages.

It comes down to player preference.

I prefer the Guarantee.

3- You wouldn’t add Gladion because you Sir are Bless with good fortune.

My gosh, How I wish I was you!

Playing the game with good fortune is easy!

The rest of us have bad fortune.

If we was to have good fortune, The game be to easy for us!

How wonderful would it be to only use:

1x Oranguru
1x Zoroark
1x Octillery
1x Dawn Wings

In any of our deck list?

If we were to use any single card in our deck, Do you know where it would be?

That right in the prize cards!

Every single game with out skipping a beat!

You 1 Dawn Wings that you need!

The 1 Tapu Lele that can save you!

Where would it all be?

We have something in common chasista!

You don’t want Gladion! Me either, I am forced to have it for survival.

It’s not cool!

It’s sad, but what can you do?

They say it better to have bad luck than no luck?

^ 4 UBs is is still better because it can draw any pokemon, therefore 4 cards that you can use to draw Crabominable AND Tapu Lele Gx.

And Gladion is not needed at all. You don't really have anything that's overly important enough. The decks that Gladion is played really CAN'T have certain cards prized, such as AT Gyarados (prized Magikarp = much less damage). Crabominable is not one of these decks.

^ My Gosh, The hate for Gladion on these forums is deep!

Gladion can win you games!

You underestimate Gladion.

What do you mean there is nothing important in a Crabonminable Deck!

What if all 4 Crabonminable are in the prize pool?

That’s very important.

You will lose!

You might say that is an extreme example, but it does happen!

In addition, the OP is run 1 of tech cards.

All can get prized!

The prize pool is a deadly hostile area.

Only a hero can venture to it!

Gladion is the Hero!

And what are the chances of having all Crabominable prized? Also none of the one-ofs in the deck are that important.

Just playing a town map would be a better idea if you're scared of bad prizes (unless you're playing AT Gyarados).

If you have 4 Crabominable prized, chances are you will lose anyway.

@Bowerluigi

I do play Town Map.

The problem is Town Map not available for next Standard Rotation.

The closest substitute is Gladion which is why I suggested it.

Even so, I still won't include Gladion in all my decks. But whatever floats your boat.

Lots of meta decks don't even play town map to begin with, despite it being a very decent card. Deck space is that precious.
