[GENERAL] Other - guest mode upgrade to a full account

My daughters played PTCG for several months, they played guest mode and got about 300 cards,and they all love these cards .

Now we are trying to upgrade to a full account. but after created an account and sighed in,their cards were all gone.(but the "P coins" still exist)

when I switched  to  guest mode, the cards were back.

How to keep these cards when upgrading to a full account? Can I keep the cards  into a child's account ?

I'd suggest that you send a ticket to the support team so they can investigate this error further.

Thank you for your reply I clicked the link in your signature >>[url="https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us"]https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us[/url] after I clicked "sign in" ,the page became a dark gray picture...there was no "ask a question" buttom or link to click.. the page tab of chrome and firefox showed "CAS error" ,

I really don't know what happened..........

Finally  I found  "contact us" and sand a question successfully  , thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced some trouble submitting your ticket. It sounds like there were some temporary issues with the site that were resolved quickly.

 

The instructions given by Mod_Gunning were for our previous support portal -- now you must select the correct category, then click "Contact Us". I am glad that you were able to figure it out!
