[CARD] Why not banning Buzzap Thunder Electrode ? It makes the match crashing.

Hello,

 

I'm in a match right now and the opponent used Buzzap Thunder, now we are waiting for nothing. No one can do anything.

I'm pretty sure the guy knows about that bug because he doens't leave the game, though I'm not either. What kind of winning strategy is that, just ban that card please until it gets fixed.

 

EDIT: Oh well not a strategy because it's even impossible to forfeit, I really don't understand how that card isn't forbidden yet.

Just to be clear, are you reporting a game bug, or are you posting your feedback on a current deck strategy?
Should this be a bug, please submit a ticket to Support.
We recommend  uploading a game log through the support portal for the support team to review.
To open a support ticket, click the link in my signature.
There will be an option during the creation of your support ticket to upload files.

It's a BUG. That's obvious. With the game completely freezing, so neither player can do anything??

May I ask...

WHY is there a "Report a Game Bug" section of the forum? Letting you know here should be sufficient. What's going on? Isn't there someone (anyone at TPCi) who cares enough to follow these issues? Shouldn't someone in development be asking informed questions, replicating these problems, and fixing them?

It's understandable why you'd ask for a Game Log. But the average player doesn't save them, do they? SO, if they don't want to go through the Support System, which won't solve the immediate problem -- just canned messages -- are we to assume bug reports will never be addressed or fixed?

I've been occasionally using this card without crashes to either side for months now. There was a time, last year, when I had to stop using it because this problem did happen frequently, but there was a patch that was meant to fix it, and it did for me. There's only a visual glitch remaining-- the animation of the card attaching goes to the active pokemon.

 

The "known issues" thread includes the bug reported by the OP, and asks for logs to be sent to support if you still experience this.

 

Though I don't know how a game log is accessed following a crash...?

Yeah I've sent the game log as you asked in another similar post GuruLot but since this bug is literally breaking the game, I found it useful to ask for a ban in the "Report game bug" section.

I didn't know it could work fine for some people though, but hey that was the first time I saw that card and I've got the bug, so unless I wasn't lucky, I'm pretty sure this is happening for a lot of other matches right now.

If anyone at all has experienced this issue and has game logs, please feel free to post them in this thread or send them to support by opening a support ticket. We're trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and any assistance from the community could help speed this up.
