[General] Login - Unable to Login

Hi

 

Mine problem is about that i cant log into game. After taking a click into Log in button game load at 51% and after that  error occur - Connection Lost. I was reseting mine router w/o any changes... Same problem on mine poth PC's. Two hours earlies i was suposed to play game....

If you are on Windows and still having trouble getting in the game, please try to launch the refresher. This is found after selecting the "Roaming" folder and then PTCGO. If this does not work, try uninstalling the game following the steps here. Same here. I can log into game from morning to 19:00 (CET) Then, I lost connection evety time I try it.

 

 

Edit: I spent too much time to download the PokemonInstaller. It seems we have no connection here (Europe) at this time.

I - just like you play Pokemon TCGO in Europe. The problems starts after 6 pm gmt+1. In the morning everything its fine. Also speed of downloading game its approximately 20 KB/s. Looks like there is something in the severs line between USA and Europe since PTCGO are propably located in US...

 

Edit: Problem still appears....

 

Edit 2: Is there any mirror with can I download from a PCTGO client?

I strongly advice against trying to download the installer from any other place than the official website. It looks like this might have been a temporary issue. Has it already resolved itself?

12:11 gmt +1 pm here

Speed download of game client has increased to 520 KB/s. After few seconds went down to 160 KB/s. Mine internet speed is 30 Mb/s - so download should be max 2,8 MB/s - so looks like kind of "traffic". Still testing, at 7 am gmt+1 i have a problems to log into mine account still.....

The actual speed might vary drastically depending on the numbers of chains you have before the signal reaches the server and goes back including how far is it, how heavy the traffic is on every chain etc. As a test, you can check the speed at your place and then connect to any American server as an example - the result might be really different due to limitations of every provider on the way and traffic.
