It's very finicky.  I've found it helps sometimes to cut and paste into a plain text editor to get rid of non-standard ascii or characters.  It's extremely hard to copy from a website unless you do this.  It still messes up a lot, and you may have to build the deck manually.

Mine does this too, it's really annoying. I have tried different formatting options and it doesn't seem to stop the program from not responding.

PTCGO freezes on Ipad and PC when trying to import a deck into the Deck Manager. I have tried this several time on both Ipad and PC, and every-time on both platforms, this has happened.

Hello Spartanclone001,

I have merged your thread with another recent thread regarding this subject.

To anyone experiencing this, which platform are you on? Do you find that if you wait, the program starts to respond again, or does the game completely freeze and/or crash?

Do they still fix things when they are broken? Haven't been able to import decks for a long time now. Just another reason for people to quit but doesn't matter to them right now i guess.

When you select import the game stops responding. It freezes forever and my mouse does the loading wheel and it says (not responding) next to the app when i use command + option + esc to force quit. Mac

Another player (@SingingFlyEx), posted a decent workaround article for this problem, in the Game Feedback section.  It seems that it freezes it you don't already own the cards.

Did you try the workaround? Does it not work?

Paste into an editor and set to 1 the quantity of cards for which, taking all functional equivalent into account, you don't have enough, you have at least 1, and you used to have some other version (e.g. FA) but you traded it away.

If unsure, just set the quantity to 1, for suspicious cards.

Copy that, import should then work, then add the missing cards back.
