Use the date of release ot the theme decks when matching players in Versus

When playing anything else than the latest decks, it's much better to wait 15s more to improve the odds not to face Mach Strike/Imperial Command. Even if it means facing a much better player, the odds of progressing in the daily challenge or even winning would be much better this way.

A different ELO may be bad, but latest vs non-latest is worse.

With this change the non-latest decks would be played more.

Sort the decks by release, not by name

Theme decks are now much easier to buy with tokens. It's nice to collect them but the side-effect is it clutters the selection screen. Newest first would be more practical and would make more sense with decks of the same era grouped together.

Even more so in tournaments, we want to pick one of the newest decks.

And yes, new players should be guided to buy Mach Strike or Imperial Command first.

It's not welcoming for new players to let them waste their tickets with random decks in theme tournaments.

So quickly adjust the deceptive signs in the shop.
