As a general reminder, never share your Pokémon account information.
We are unable to reverse any card trades or restore missing cards/packs/items, etc. as the result of account sharing. It might be tempting to let your friend play to test a deck, for example. Or a video or website might offer free booster packs if you login to an unofficial website. Don’t do it. You risk losing all your tradeable cards, or worse, your entire account. When you log into a website, be sure it is always an official Pokémon website: pokemon.com, pokemonTCG.com or the Pokémon Global Link (pokemon-gl.com). The Pokémon Company International will never ask for your account password by email.
If you have a Pokémon Trainer Club Account and received an alert that your email address or password were changed but did not request a change, please change your password immediately. Change your password by logging in to the pokemon.com web site and selecting Profile Overview, then Change Password. More information can be found in this support article.
