Hello Trainers,

 

A new version of the Pokémon TCG Online is now available, version 2.49.

There are a few known issues to be aware of:

Known Issue: Mac players running OSX 10.12 or higher will need to reinstall. Please visit this support article for steps: http://support.pokem...questionID=2476

Known Issue: Customers patching from between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Pacific may need to reinstall if they cannot patch up. Please visit this support article for reinstall steps: http://support.pokem...questionID=1438

For several hours the new iPad update was not showing in the App Store.

 

As of the apx 3:20 p.m. Pacific, we are seeing the 2.49 update for iPad.

 

iPad customers should be able to obtain the new version and play!

For anyone playing on a Mac, especially those running OSX 10.12 (Sierra) or 10.13 (High Sierra) if you saw a warning error when attempting to install, we have a fix for you!

 

A new Mac install file that corrects this problem is now available from the TCG Online Download Page at: https://www.pokemon....line/download/
