Were you able to download the game by chance? If you are running into a USER_PROFILE error check out this link here for a few things you can try that should resolve the issue.

If you are playing on PC or Mac, you will want to un-install and reinstall.  You can find links to do so from http://forums.pokemontcg.com/topic/55141-update-249-on-dec-12-ipad-version-delay-and-patching-issues/?p=585205

 

If you are attempting to play on iPad, all we can do at this point is ask for your patience.  The app was released by us several hours ago but has not yet become available in the App Store.

After maintanance break game doesn't work.

During the start only small window call "Refresher" opens and none of the buttons "CLOSE", "REPAIR", "PLAY" work.
And new installer version doesn't work at all. Trying to reinstall just received a short information that "Property.USER_PROFILE" can't be reached.

I have never been able to un-install it. It always shows a pop-up message saying "No se puede obtener acceso a la ubicación de red Property.USER_PROFILE." with the options "Reintentar" y "Cancelar" (that, in english is something like: "Can´t get access to the net´s location Property.USER_PROFILE." with the options "Retry" and "Cancel")

If you are running into a USER_PROFILE error check out this link here. If for some reason these steps so not work Trainer JigglyPuffan has a solution that he posted here that worked for him. I suggest trying those steps if the first link does not resolve the issue for you. Hope that helps!

I found a cure :)
Had to uninstall existing game and install it again. And now it works!

Refresher Method:

  • Without uninstalling the game, download the latest installer from the TCG Online download page: http://www.pokemon.c...nline/download/
  • Run the installer
  • Find the folder in which you installed the game, named PokemonTradingCardGameOnline, and run the Refresher executable manually.
  • Run the game client and log in

Hi, i have been trying to play all day long and it has been impossible 4 me :(

 

at first i have the frozen problem where the repair button does not work, i tried to uninstal but i had the  "User_profile" Error, i just delete all the folder... what a big mistake i made, now i have downloaded the .exe and i have the same  "User_profile" Error!! but when i try to install it

 

plz can someone help me plz?

as i said, i have manually erased the pokemon folder, however at control panel i still have it, and i it gives me the user profile error, but all of the options u gave me require that i run uninstall, and i cant use it for that same error

I merged your post into this thread as it is a similar issue. I see that you are still having an issue trying to uninstall the game. I would suggest checking out the second link that TPCi_Samhayne posted which can be found here. Trainer Jigglypuffan posted some steps that worked for him regarding that USER_PROFILE error that keeps popping up when trying to uninstall. I would definitely give that a shot as that seems to be working for many players who are running into a similar issue. little comment..

 

i download the pokemon installer on the pokemon site for fun.. in case someone would have erased it on his computer.. this :  https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-tcg/play-online/download/

 

and with the pokemoninstaller here, you  only have the option to install the game...

 

its weird the one i have from before allow me to repair/uinstall/install ..

------------------

 

 

anyway its not the end of the world.. its just if someone deleted  pokemon installer before.. he can't do what i say i think..
