You probably could. But i don't think that many people would see it; instead, you could go to In-game item exchange to post.

I think he's talking about the main Pokemon video games, not PTCGO. Posting in the In-game Item Exchange subforum would just cause confusion because it's for the TCG, not for the 3DS games.
