[RESOLVED] Login Issue | Sept. 26, 2017

The Pokémon TCG Online Team is currently working on an issue with the login service that is resulting in degraded login performance.  If your login attempt to the game doesn't work, if you wait a minute and try again, you may be successful.  

 

At this time we do not have a specific estimate for resolution.  We will update this thread with information as it becomes available.

As of 11:00 a.m. Pacific (UTC -7) login to the Pokémon TCG Online is no longer impacted and passing traffic normally.

 

If you continue to have a login problem, please visit http://pokemon.com/supportand enter a Question with the details for our Support Team to follow up with you directly.

 

Update: We continue to see follow on issues with Login that the team is working to resolve.

 

If you experience a login failure, please give it a minute and try again.  We will follow up here as more information becomes available.
