[RESOLVED] Tournaments Temporarily Disabled

We are investigating reports that some tournaments are not properly progressing to the next round once all matches in the previous round have completed. Tournaments will be reactivated once we have identified and resolved the cause of this issue. After the issue has been resolved we will begin reviewing the logs to identify players who participated in one of these tournaments and will issue refunds for the tournament entry fee.

To update this issue, we have identified issues that were affecting Tournaments.  

 

Customers who were playing in affected Tournaments at the time they were disabled have had their entry returned.

 

We are finalizing corrections and testing.  If all goes well, we should have Tournaments re-enabled later today.

This has been resolved and Tournament events are available to play.
