Shop Maintenance & Redemption Issue | Nov. 27

The Pokemon TCG Online Team is investigating an issue with shop redemption that started this afternoon, Nov. 27th.

 

The Shop is currently in maintenance and unavailable pending resolution.

 

For anyone who redeemed an item and have not yet received it, we are working to correct the issue and fulfill your redemption.  We will post here as more details become available.

Update:

 

Things are progressing and estimates for the Shop coming online are soon.  If things go smoothly we could be back in as soon as 11 PM Pacific.  Thanks again for your patience.

Things went smoothly.  The Shop is up and available again as of 9:30 PM Pacific.

Our apologies for the issue with the Shop today. As of this time, the Shop is back up and available.
 
Currently, the system is working through the backlog of pending transactions. That process may take several hours.  If you are waiting for your prior redemption to show up, please give it some time to arrive. We appreciate your patience while this is resolved.
 
Also, we would like to note that the Darkrai Bundle is being extended an additional 24 hours and will be available in the Shop through 11:59 PM on Nov. 28.
